I call this my "happy cake." I decorated it with lots of candies, lollipops, chocolates and candy dots made out of gumpaste and dusted with pearl dust. The topper is an ice cream cone with a "melted" scoop of ice cream also made out of gumpaste. This was a white sour cream cake with a coconut cream cheese filling. Very delicious and very festive - the birthday girl was very happy with it.
