This was the first time I have ever made a sheet cake, it was for a friend at work. Well the first time I baked it, it stuck to the pan and then I had to start over. Then I thought I could do the viva paper towel method on this, I was wrong. Next I messed up on the writing, and then it wouldn't fit in my refregerator. Anyways this is a strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting, with chocolate dipped srawberries.
