I made this for my neighbor's daughter turning 6. She had a surfing beach party, but my neighbor said she really wanted an under the sea cake also. On the top is the beach. The sides of the cake is under the sea. I used some molds and the rest was hand-made. The cupcakes had surfboards and hibiscus flowers on top. The sand is Nella wafers and brown sugar mixed. WASC cake and cupcakes with a bavarian cream filling and a White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting. This cake took me 2 weeks to make! I really enjoyed making all of the animals!
