My first topsy turvy cake for a sweet 16 party. The birthday girl wanted a doll topper made to match her outfit , but with a cloudy with a chance of meatballs style face. Not everything went as planned on this one, it poured rain on delivery and despite an umbrella a little rain got on the cake ;(. Overall it was a fun cake to make! Thanks for looking
