Made for my daughter's 3rd birthday using the Wilton carousel kit. Both tiers are 10", which makes the proportions look a bit off. Those little horses couldn't hold that much weight for long anyways! The carousel top and parts of the horses are covered in fondant and the white panels are fondant also. The rest is BS with royal icing drop flowers.
