This is one of three Alice in Wonderland themed cakes I did for my bff's babyshower. This is 6 layers of chocolate cake, filled w/ raspberry filling and covered in chocolate ganache. The ganache was dusted w/ moss green and gold luster dust. The brim of the hat is fondant covered in ganache. The accent pieces are all handmade from gumpaste and the sash is mmf. This was my very 1st time using ganache on any type of cake. What a difference from buttercream! TFL!
