German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan filling, iced in ganache and covered in fondant. First and third tiers are covered with white chocolate cigarellos, second tier has fondant lace with a ribbon, bottom tier is decorated in fondant ruffles. The three spacers are covered with fondant lace and surrounded by royal icing roses, per bride's request. The topper is made of gumpaste flowers. The Bride requested all decorations be white and very very busy with flowers, lace, cigarellos, etc. I think it turned out very nicely!
