Made for my husbands birthday, banana cake with peanut butter filling, since he's an elvis fan. first time making a fondant covered cake, although i'm not sure it qualifies as actual fondant. i mixed marshmallow creme with powdered sugar and cocoa to modeling consistency, then did my best.
