I made this cake for my bestfriends 50th Birthday. But it could be a wedding cake, she wanted elegant. The top tier is yellow cake with fresh strawberries, middle tier is white with raspberry filling, and the bottom tier is chocolate with raspberry filling. I covered it in white marshmallow fondant and did a quilted texture accented with candy pearls. I topped it with a fresh red rose topper and trimmed it off with black satin ribbon. Everyone just loved it.
