New York Cheesecakes, Lemon Coconut Cake
I made these to donate to my sons' Band fundraiser auction. Two New York Cheesecakes, one topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream, wrapped in chocolate, the other topped with buttercream and lemon curd. Lemon Coconut Cake filled with lemon curd.

Patty... I'm SO sorry...I didn't see your question! I developed the recipe for my cheesecake crust. It's kindof like a sugar cookie dough. It makes a really pretty crust.
