This was one of this weekend's two cakes. I was so happy to finally get to make a castle! I finished and finally got to bed about 4:45 a.m. this morning after working on this every night all week long and 9 hours straight last night. Why am I so slow? WASC, filled and iced with whipped vanilla butter cream. Spires are removable sugar cones covered in fondant and they rest on 4 tiny little cakes covered in butter cream and pink fondant. Had a total blast making this cake!
