For my coffee lovin' mom! I have seen many cakes with rolled wafer cookies and have been wanting to make one for my mom and finally did. She loved it! White chocolate mocha is her fave so I made her a mocha cake with white chocolate buttercream and of course chocolate covered espresso beans!
