This is the cake i made for my dad's birthday. he loves the poutines at new york fries so i made him this cake. this was the very first time i ever used fondant so it didnt turn out too bad. the fries are made from sliced pound cake, the gravy is chocolate icing and the cheese is chunks of white chocolate.
