My first zebra cake, for a 15yo birthday girl. Strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream, fondant decorations. Thanks for all the predecessors on CC for inspiration. Question: I used Wilton's Rose gel color for the pink, and ended up with what you see here. I think it looked sorta flourescent orangey, not the vibrant hot pink/Barbie-ish color I was going for. Any suggestions for getting the color right next time? Thanks for looking!
