My daughter and I made this cake...inspired by a few others on this site & you tube. We had a great time. I made all of the figures out of Gumpaste. The Submarine is a round cake cut in 1/2 and set on its flat edge then shaped. The Periscopes and railing are out of Gumpaste. The Flowers are Fondant as is the cake covering. When the recipient received it she said "Its soooo cute I don't want to eat it".
