The birthday girl requested "a princess castle with a princess on top", so this is what she got. The inside was chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry (also at the request of the princess) layers with buttercream filling. It's covered in marshmallow fondant with fondant accents. The princess is modeling chocolate. This was my first time using the Wilton castle kit.
