Chris BIG 4-0! kay, so I have to admit that this cake didn't go quite as planned, but at midnight the night before, this is all I could come up with. I had planned this "biography" cake for some time, making the bottom tier a Rubik?s Cube, hence the shape. Apparently cube means cube, not 10x3.5 and 10x1.5. Do I cut this covered cake and make it a 4x4 or change my plan completely? Luckily I wasn't a paying customer lol! So changed it to match party banner ... that I swear I meant to purchase! Nobody knew the difference .. until now :) The bottom WAS a Rubik's cube to show his intelligent/scientific, I can solve anything side ... flavoured as his favourite drink ~ pina colada with rum cream cheese icing. The middle tier represents his policing side "The thin blue line" which separates the good from evil ~ chocolate sour cream with mint chocolate chip bc. Finally, the top tier represents his comic relief side sporting his favourite "bubbles" look ~ white almond sour cream cake with English toffee bc and skor pieces. See ... it would have been a cool cake :)
