Pineapple-Coconut Cake Fondant is flavored pineapple (yellow) and coconut (white). I know I could have done better with my decor, but I was so focused making sure my support system was able to hold the weight of the cake. The cake weighed 100 pounds more or less. I may NOT have won a monetary prize, but the knowledge and experience I have gained is priceless! I met a lot of amazing and wonderful people. I am humble and grateful for this opportunity.
