Here is a cake I did for a birthday party today. Fondant over ganache for the finish. I was pretty much mortified when I realized Barney is not purple anymore, he is now "magenta." Who knew? Luckily the decor was purple, magenta, and green, so the cake still matched... even though Barney is UTTERLY the wrong color. :(
