This cake is for my sister's birthday. She was born on St. Patrick's Day and I didn't want to give her another shamrock cake, so I went with the spring theme (but put a 4-leaf clover on the cake!). I want to thank all the Cake Gods and Goddesses here on CC for loads of inspiration. If you see a piece of your cake -- it's because you definitely inspired me! The cake is Snickerdoodle with Cinnamon BC and a Cinnamon/Brown Sugar/Butter swirl filling (think Cinnamon Rolls!) . Duff fondant, royal icing, gumpaste, fondant & BC decorations.
