I made this cake for my husband's birthday. He has recently become a HUGE skiing fan so this seemed appropriate. It is a dark chocolate fudge cake with a peanut butter chocolate filling, covered in a chocolate glaze. Everything else is marshmallow fondant aside from the "pile of snow" which is a slump of buttercream.
