Black And White Roses

three layer madeira cake for bottom tier, buttercream filled. top tier is 6inch vanilla sponge. fondant covered. the roses are 50/50 fondant and gumpaste which i modelled without cutters. on the additional photo, i had only placed the letters on and had not stuck them at that stage, and didnt notice i had knocked one of the letters out of place..........all sorted later though!
