1st birthday cake, mom wanted a monkey for her little man and also to incorporated the Florida Gators football teams colors, blue and orange. Cake is buttercream with fondant and modeling chocolate accents.. monkey on cake on on the smash cake are both modeling chocolate. First time working with it and loved it. So much easier than fondant and really easy to make too.
