Engagement cake. They love to fish so they wanted something 'beachy' but also based on the napkin they provided. IMBC, black BC stencil, fondant band around the top tier and gumpaste plaque. The sand was made from brown sugar, graham crackers, and sanding sugar to give it dimension (although you couldn't really see it in the photo). Chocolate shells, gumpaste boat with gumpaste fishing pole. TFL!
