This was a yellow cake w/ italian vanilla bean buttercream and fresh strawberry filling. The pillars are made from rice crispy treats with a sugar cone on top, all covered in home made marshmallow fondant. The crown on top is also made from fondant. The castle is surrounded by mini cupcakes topped with the buttercream and mini fondant roses. :)
