I have searched far and wide for a totally sugar free cake that I can actually eat! Here it is, all from reciples from this site. It is a chocolate cake, icing is a mix of cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar free vanilla pudding. The cool whip doesn't give the icing a good consistancy tho, so that is why the purple icing looks a lot less elegant than most other frostings! But it was good!
