White tiers are white chocolate mud cake with caramel ganache filling and covered in white chocolate ganache then white fondant......Black tiers are chocolate mud cake covered in Lindt chocolate ganache then black fondant. First time using black fondant so I'm glad that milestone has been passed! Flowers are paper scrapbooking flowers.
