This is a blue Italian meringue buttercream iced wedding cake with pink Japanese anemones and was inspired by one of Elisa Strauss's more recent cakes. I think I really love Japanese Anemone now. There is no cutter for this flower. The cosmos petal cutter does a good job of substitution.
