This was my first tiered cake along with the first time i ever made flowers out of gumpaste or fondant. This is the cake that started my little side business to help with college bills. Three tiered vanilla cake covered in buttercream and buttercream piping. The flowers are made of 50:50 fondant and gumpaste and then painted with petal dust. It was a surprise 45th Wedding Anniversary cake and my grandparents loved it!
