I made 140 cupcakes for this wedding and a smaller 8" chocolate mud cake for the top tier. The top tier is decorated with handmade roses and then we scattered real roses throughout the stand for extra decoration which really made it stand out. The cupcakes were also a 50/50 mix of chocolate mud and white chocolate mud cakes - the white choc mud ones were iced with chocolate icing and the chocolate mud ones were iced with vanilla icing, and each were decorated with a tiny handmade red rose.
