For my son's 19th birthday. He wanted all chocolate. Chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese filling. Frosted in chocolate buttercream. This was my first chocolate wrap. I didn't have any acetate so I used heavy duty aluminum foil. I swirled on the white chocolate first and then the chocolate ganache. I made truffles out of the rest of the ganache. The leaves are chocolate painted on the back of washed rose leaves. Let it set up and then pulled off the leaf. For my first attempt I was happy with the way it turned out.
