Using the Wilton Castle Cake Kit, I made this cake for a 10 yr old girl. Top is 8" and bottom is 12". All frosted in Pastry Pride whipping cream. I glued the sugar crystals on the turrets with royal icing, which was a challenge because I made it just a bit too thin and it kept running down the sides! Once it dried, all was great. Customer was very happy!
