Pokemon Birthday cake. The birthday boy's favorite critter, Turtwig, sits on top in 3D (sugar paste and fondant) with panels of different pokemon around the middle tier. (Poke ball on top is RCT covered in fondant). Cake base tier is buttercream cake with buttercream icing, middle tier is chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Super fun to make!!
