Bottom layer is red velvet with cheesecake mousse filling, middle layer is french vanilla vake with white choclate mousse filling, top is milk chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Covered in MMF fondant and all accents are MMF fondants. This is the 3rd cake that I've done. I know it's going to take lots of practice to get any good at this, but I'm loving doing it. Everyone loved the cake...there is no one in my area that does this kind of thing.
