This cake was done for a good friend's Birthday. She was pregnant at the time and her vice was cookies & cream milkshakes, so I thought this would give her exactly what she wanted for her birthday! :) I used chocolate cake, cookies and cream ice cream and topped it with whipped icing, chocolate drizzles and oreos!
