Made this one for friend's father's 100th birthday. He didn't want any fanfare over his birthday, so no writing, etc. It's a 3 layer cake - two chocolate layers, one white chocolate, with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream frosting. Flowers are chocolate clay.
