Derby cake made for a guy I work with that loves the Derby. It is frosted in butter cream and has fondant cut-outs. I don't like the lettering on it, I'm going to have to practice on that or get some alphabet cut-outs. All in all I think it turned out pretty good. Not too many derby cakes out there to get ideas from so I thought well put the derby logo and I also put the Churchill Downs spires logo on it too. Hope everyone likes it, thanks for looking... =)
