Easter Cake
Since Easter is only a few weeks away, I thought I would upload my Easter cake from class last spring. Better late than never, they say. I was really proud of this cake. The top of the cake is decorated with molded chocolates. I ended up freezing the cake and a friend of mine wanted it for their Easter get together.
