This cake is iced in BC with BC grass tip border. Everything else is fondant. My first fondant animals. I attempted a roaster, but it looks more like a peacock duck. Customer and I decided on pink cows to fit the girlie theme.(it's where strawberry milk comes from!) Most of the fondant is luster dusted. I was excited about this cake and put a lot of work into. However, I am glad it's done! I am tired!
