My very first fondant and very first two tiered cake for my youngest sister's 21st Birthday! I know its not the most crisp or professional cake out there, but I'm so proud I managed it! It is chocolate cake and has chocolate buttercream filling, the pearls are fondant, and the balls are cachous. The gems are not edible - for decoration only as is the ribbon.
