My mom wanted a pink cake for her birthday so I figured I would try some different techniques out! Bottom tier is dummy cake, top cake is butter cake, covered in fondant with gumpaste flowers and ruffles. This was very time consuming but I was quite happy with how it turned out and my mom loved it!
