I made this cake for my niece for her 16th Birthday. This was third cake and my first attempt with fondant. Bottom layers are vanilla cake with cream cheese filling, top layers are chocolate fudge with ganache filling.I used buttercream icing with fondant accents. I had so much fun!!! I'm looking forward to making many more!!
