Well be gentle. This is my first attempt at decorating a cake, it's for my daughter's 4th birthday party tomorrow. I used "Rick's Special Buttercream" from the recipes here and it's divine! Chocolate layer cake. And I made the chocolate seashells with molds. Again first time making chocolate molds too. I'm starting the Wilton's decorating course in 1 week, so I hope to improve! :)
