This cake was made for a friend, she is a journalist who loves to garden, fish and loves her dog, Tyler (Who shares her birthday) I tried to cover all this. The cake is tangy lemon with raspberry mousse filling and swiss butter cream frosting. The decorations are all 50/50 fondant and gum paste. This is my first "figure" cake and I want to thank Lorraine Mckay for her excellent tutorial. Also thanks to all the other CCers for the inspiration.
