Penguin Cake

Penguin Cake on Cake Central

Made by carving, alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake, 7 layers total with a dowel in the middle for stability. Filled with raspberry and chocolate buttercream also alternated. (one layer raspberry, next butterream, etc.) It's our second cake ever covered with fondant. For the black we used a chocolate flavored fondant and it was delicious!
