Birthday cake I made for a 59 years young lady who recently fought a battle with cancer. Her daughter wanted something to reflect her Mum's positive attitude on life and so I picked a sunshine yellow fondant for the main colour. The design is inspired by both Peggy Porschen and Maisie Fantasie cakes
