3 tier dark choc mudcake with dark choc ganache. This was made to celebrate the graduation of the year group that I oversee at my school. The colours represent the boy's shirts and the girl's skirts - the tie was supposed to be striped but the colours would not show up on the dark green colour. All edible including the mini books - the ladders are made out of skewers and represent the hard work and steps to get the students to graduate
