Fall Wedding
14" heart w/8" round, both tiers are choc. & van. layers, rasp. filling, Pastry Pride icing. Bride wanted top tier off set even with that size, but it had to hold the topper. It did give me some problems...I should have placed the flowers out to the right...next time!! (hee-hee) I did make the base for this cake, 18" round board with styrofoam 12" glued to the underside, then I stuck on a string of miniature lights to the styrofoam.
That is a beautiful cake. I love the flowers and I think the offset makes the whole thing come together. Give yourself a nice pat on the back for that one!

jscakes.....REALLY LIKE THE OFF-SET look, and I think your flowers are exactly where they belong. I've squinted my eyes and visualize them ont he other side.....DON'T THINK SO!!!! Great work!
