Elmo is made out of cake, his arms are rice crispy with marshmallow and a little melted butter , you need to use a stick to hold that together. Elmo head is cake also, I used an oval pan, his eyes and nose are rice crispy cover on fondant. I used Royal Icing to cover Elmo.
