This is my first major cake. A good friend ask me to do a cake for their anniversary. They had never had a wedding cake so they wanted this to resemble a "wedding" cake. It is 12-9-6. All butterceam. Bottom two layers are vanilla with buttercream filling, and the "topper" is strawberry with buttercream. I was so nervous to do this, and then to deliver. Please let me know what you think and what I can do to get better. I have not had any classes, so I would love to hear any opionions. Thanks for looking.
